Clarity for the industries that build and power the world
Helping companies in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Energy and Clean Tech navigate growth in complex, high-stakes environments.
We work at the intersection of strategy, systems and positioning, supporting leaders who operate in industries where capital intensity, technical complexity and long sales cycles demand clarity before action.
Our work focuses on reducing noise, exposing leverage points and shaping growth strategies that are grounded in how these industries actually operate — not in generic playbooks.

About Us
RdC was founded by João Rosa da Cruz, Head Consultant and strategist, bringing together a background in engineering, commercial leadership and growth strategy across Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Energy.
Before founding RdC, João built and led growth initiatives inside complex, global, engineering-driven organisations, operating at the intersection of product, sales, marketing and systems. That experience shaped the strategic framework that underpins RdC today, designed specifically for businesses operating in capital-intensive, technically complex environments.
RdC applies this framework through a small, senior team of consultants trained and led directly by João. The approach combines systems thinking, strategic clarity and a deep understanding of how engineered industries function in practice, from long sales cycles and technical buyers to multi-stakeholder decision environments.
Rather than applying generic consulting models, RdC focuses on identifying leverage points, reducing unnecessary complexity and enabling leadership teams to make confident, well-informed decisions at moments that matter.
RdC typically works alongside founders, executives and senior leadership teams who value independent thinking, intellectual honesty and durable outcomes over short-term tactics or theatre.
